We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to build and scale a revenue-generating referral channel within a defined vertical. This is a commercially focused role. You’ll be responsible for creating pipeline through partners, converting relationships into qualified opportunities, and driving measurable revenue impact. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales and partnerships, combining outbound activity, strategic thinking and long-term relationship building.
What you’ll do
- Build a pipeline of referral partners through outbound and targeted ecosystem mapping
- Convert partner relationships into qualified opportunities for the sales team
- Own your vertical, define where to focus and how to win
- Onboard and grow partners through structured, value-led engagement
- Track and optimise partner performance against lead generation and revenue KPIs
- Work closely with sales and marketing to maximise conversion and output
- Represent Yonda across partner meetings, events and industry engagement
