About the job
The Role
We’re looking for a creative, ideas-led Brand & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on individual contributor who thrives in fast-moving start-up environments and wants to make a real impact. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to support and drive initiatives across multiple areas of the marketing function. Instead of focusing on just one specialty, you’ll bring strong creative thinking, originality, and execution capability to ensure our brand, campaigns, and communications are consistent, engaging, and effective. This role requires ownership of brand, content, and social channels, with a particular emphasis on creativity and idea generation.
Key areas of ownership include:
- Brand Development - Evolving the company’s brand, corporate identity, and visual language as the business scales. Championing brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Sales Enablement - Equipping the sales team with tailored materials, presentations, and content that drive conversations forward.
- Social Media Management - Owning social media strategy and execution, with a strong focus on short-form video content. Creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across channels to grow our presence and engagement.
- Website Content & Updates - Ensuring our site reflects up-to-date messaging, fresh content, and a seamless user experience, balancing credibility for enterprise audiences with accessibility for smaller customers entering via social.
- Copywriting - Crafting clear, compelling messaging for digital, print, and event assets.
- Event Management - Coordinating logistics and marketing for events, webinars, and conferences that showcase the company, with ownership of brand, messaging, and content.
Skills Required
The ideal candidate is a marketing all-rounder, someone who brings confidence across several disciplines without needing to be a deep specialist in any one area, and who has experience working in fast-paced environments, contributing as both a strategist and an individual contributor.
Core competencies:
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with attention to tone and clarity.
- A good eye for design and visual communication (experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Suite a plus).
- Solid project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of social media marketing, including scheduling, analytics, and engagement (with experience creating or directing short-form video content as a plus).
Attributes we value:
- Versatility – the ability to adapt across diverse marketing functions.
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
- Comfort working in a fast-scaling business where priorities can shift quickly.
- Creativity and idea generation, with the confidence to propose and test new content approaches.
