Warranty Administrator Heathrow 32k basic + 3k bonus + company benefits This Warranty Administrator role is to interpret job cards and process retail warranty claims in an efficient and timely manner. Responsibilities for this Warranty Administrator role: * Complete warranty claims, using correct details supplied on the job card within manufacturer timescales * To complete retail invoices to customer accounts ensuring their processes are followed * Process claims and invoices for other branches * Deal with any invoice queries efficiently and timely and respond back to the accounts team with a full update * Maintain accurate vehicle history and service records in line with customer requirements and operator licence standards & manufacturers guidelines * Maintain invoice filing by job number * Attend any training course as deemed necessary As a Warranty Administrator , you? Have an understanding of vehicle warranty? Experience of processing Manufacturer Warranty Claims? Have experience of processing claims?
