Kraken is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its Regulatory Legal team in a fully remote UK/EU role. You will own BAU regulatory work for cryptoasset, e-money and payments, advising on MiCA and UK regimes and coordinating with regulators across the EU and UK.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in financial services regulatory law, strong drafting skills, and a pragmatic, commercially minded approach to risk. You’ll report to the Regulatory Legal head and help shape licensing initiatives.
