Our Product Team is growing, and we are looking for new talent to join us on our journey! As a Lead Product Manager in Casino Product area, you will be an experienced people leader and iGaming professional, expected to lead a team of Product Managers in defining and driving the product roadmap. You will report directly into the Head of Product and work with them & Engineering Leadership to deliver value through a customer-centric approach. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a mid-to-senior product manager, ready to drive strategy and execution. Team size would be 2-3 direct reports.

- At least 2+ years of experience in iGaming.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a product management role (or close exposure to) with ability to deliver value across a complex portfolio of products.
- At least 3+ years of people management experience, with the ability to coach and develop a team.

- A team player - works with others across the organisation to get things done.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communications skills.
