This is a key operational leadership role overseeing powder blending activities within a high-performing production environment. You will take full responsibility for the blending area, managing a team of operators and technicians while ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day powder blending operations to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Ensure blending processes deliver consistent product quality, homogeneity, and specification compliance
