Are you passionate about making communities safer and supporting people to feel secure in their homes? This role works with a Housing Association and utilises your customer service skills and stakeholder management ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal and external partners to identify tenants struggling to sustain their tenancy and ensure appropriate support is offered, including developing and monitoring wellbeing plans for those at risk of losing their tenancy.
- Lead on identifying and project-managing neighbourhood improvements to agreed procedures, helping to maximise tenant involvement.
- Undertake regular community inspections ensuring gardens, open spaces, pathways and other areas are maintained in good order, clean and free of hazards, and take appropriate action to address issues identified.
About You
- Experience in housing and knowledge of various housing elements.
- People-focused outlook with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong keyboard skills and confident in using computer systems.
- Must be able to drive, with a driving licence and reliable transport.
- Willingness to be available for a 37‑hour working week and to work Monday to Friday with no weekends.
