Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with an educational organisation to recruit an Employability Coach to join their team. They are an extraordinary organisation with a diverse workforce and inclusive culture. You will be joining a company full of passionate individuals, who take pride in their work and the business. You will be joining a hardworking, supportive, and inclusive team and company who put the customer at the heart of everything they do.
This is an extremely varied role, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, and an opportunity to nurture and enable people to grow.
What the Employability Coach will be doing:
- Providing information and advice by a variety of media sources
- Delivering a vacancy service offering employers a recruitment service and matching clients to vacancies
- Helping job seekers get into work
- Supporting the running of careers centres including office management and reception
What the successful Employability Coach will bring to the team:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Good proficiency in relation to Microsoft packages
- Prioritisation of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
