The Opportunity

As Risk & Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in safeguarding the firm by identifying, assessing and managing legal and regulatory risks. You will ensure the firm operates in full compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, working closely with senior stakeholders to embed best practice across the business. This is a trusted and visible role within the firm, offering real autonomy, influence and the opportunity to help shape the firm’s risk and compliance framework as it continues to grow.

The Role

  • Identifying, assessing and managing legal and regulatory risks across the firm
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Developing, reviewing and implementing risk and compliance frameworks
  • Advising partners and senior management on compliance matters
  • Supporting audits, reviews and regulatory processes
  • Promoting a strong culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the firm
