The firm acts for five of the ten wealthiest individuals in Wales , providing exposure to some of the most prestigious and high-value real estate transactions in the market.
With a planned February 2027 start , the firm is looking to appoint an ambitious
Real Estate Associate or Partner to join its expanding team.

The Role
You will advise a broad portfolio of commercial clients on a wide range of real estate matters, taking ownership of complex transactions while helping to develop long‑term client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial real estate matters from instruction through to completion.
- Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work and property finance.
- Delivering commercially focused legal advice tailored to clients' objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts.
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across corporate, banking and private wealth teams.
- Supporting business development initiatives and helping grow the firm's already impressive client base.
- Meeting agreed financial and performance objectives.
About You
