Are you a litigation solicitor looking to build your career within a highly regarded property disputes team?

We're working with a leading South Wales law firm that is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution department.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious property matters while benefiting from genuine career development, flexible working and a supportive team environment.

Whether your experience comes from property litigation or a broader litigation background, this role offers the chance to specialise in an interesting and evolving area of law.

What you will be doing

You'll manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters, advising a varied client base including commercial organisations, housing providers and public sector clients.

Work will include

  • Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.
  • Advising clients on landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, nuisance claims, boundary disputes and property-related litigation.
  • Preparing court documents, witness statements and legal correspondence.
  • Representing clients at hearings and negotiating settlements where appropriate.
  • Working closely with clients to provide practical, commercially focused advice.
  • Supporting junior team members where required and contributing to the continued growth of the department.

We're keen to hear from qualified Solicitors with litigation experience who are looking to develop their expertise in property disputes.

You'll ideally have

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Experience managing litigation matters, whether property, civil or housing related.
  • Good knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent client care and communication abilities.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage your own workload effectively.

Previous experience in property litigation is advantageous but not essential if you have a strong litigation background and an interest in specialising.
