This is a newly created opportunity to bring procurement in-house, build the function and drive genuine commercial value across the Group. With over 6,200 homes in management, a number of subsidiaries and an ambitious development programme, there is significant scope to leverage Group-wide buying power, improve value for money and strengthen procurement governance. The Role Reporting to the Director of Finance and managing a Buyer, you will lead procurement across the Group, developing and embedding a comprehensive procurement framework aligned with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements. You will: Lead the transition from outsourced to in-house procurement Develop and embed procurement policies, processes and governance Ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and Welsh Government requirements Drive cost savings, efficiencies and value for money Lead end-to-end procurement, tendering and contract management Develop and maintain a comprehensive contracts register Manage key supplier relationships and complex negotiations Embed social value and sustainable procurement Develop procurement systems, data and performance reporting Provide expert advice to senior leaders and the BoardWhat We re Looking For: Fully qualified procurement specialist...
