The Role You will handle a varied caseload of contentious matters for a broad client base, advising both individuals and businesses on a range of complex disputes. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters, commercial disputes and general civil litigation. Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, prospects of success and potential risks. Handling contentious property matters, landlord and tenant disputes, contractual disputes and other commercial litigation. Managing cases through negotiation, mediation and court proceedings where necessary. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to develop new business. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver a high standard of client service. Contributing to the ongoing development and growth of the litigation department. The Ideal Candidate A qualified Solicitor with 5 years' PQE or more in litigation. Strong experience in property litigation, commercial disputes and/or general civil litigation. Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Excellent technical, drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills. Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to client care and business development. Ambitious and interested in progressing towards a future leadership or partnership position. What's on Offer?
