Yolk Recruitment is proud to be supporting a global technology business in their search for an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to join their team in Crumlin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established HR function, where you'll gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle while working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing HR administrative support across a global function, acting as a key point of contact for queries and stakeholders
  • Producing regular HR reports (headcount, starters, leavers, absence, etc.) with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintaining HR systems, records, and documentation, ensuring compliance and data integrity
  • Preparing and issuing a wide range of HR correspondence throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Supporting monthly payroll preparation, ensuring all changes are captured and submitted on time
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures, and internal documentation
  • Assisting with departmental administration, including purchase orders and budget tracking

What you'll need:

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (or currently working towards it)
  • Previous experience in an HR administration role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach
