Yolk Recruitment is proud to be supporting a global technology business in their search for an experienced and proactive HR Administrator to join their team in Crumlin. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established HR function, where you'll gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle while working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing HR administrative support across a global function, acting as a key point of contact for queries and stakeholders
- Producing regular HR reports (headcount, starters, leavers, absence, etc.) with a high level of accuracy
- Maintaining HR systems, records, and documentation, ensuring compliance and data integrity
- Preparing and issuing a wide range of HR correspondence throughout the employee lifecycle
- Supporting monthly payroll preparation, ensuring all changes are captured and submitted on time
- Reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures, and internal documentation
- Assisting with departmental administration, including purchase orders and budget tracking
What you'll need:
- CIPD Level 3 qualified (or currently working towards it)
- Previous experience in an HR administration role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
