You will take ownership of the product marketing operating model, lead go-to-market activity and ensure product launches translate into meaningful customer adoption, usage and commercial impact. You will play a pivotal role in bringing structure, clarity and consistency to product marketing, while working collaboratively with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Marketing Operations & GTM Ownership
    • Own and continuously develop the product marketing operating model, setting the standard for how launches are planned, prioritised and executed.
    • Translate product priorities into clear, actionable go-to-market plans across Marketing, Product and Sales.
    • Ensure every launch has defined objectives, target segments, messaging, positioning and measurable success metrics.
    • Drive clarity around what is being launched, when and why, balancing commercial opportunity, product readiness and team capacity.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the central point of alignment between Product, Sales, Lifecycle Marketing and Design.
    • Proactively manage stakeholders to ensure priorities, timelines and expectations are clearly understood.
    • Build strong cross-functional relationships and ensure teams are working towards shared commercial outcomes rather than siloed deliverables.
  • Launch Execution & Delivery
    • Lead the end-to-end execution of product launches, ensuring high-quality delivery across all relevant customer and internal touchpoints.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver launches on time and to a consistently high standard.
    • Identify risks and dependencies early and proactively remove blockers.
    • Ensure launches are outcome-focused, with clear measures around adoption, usage and revenue impact.
  • Building Scalable Product Marketing Processes
    • Establish and continuously improve repeatable processes for launch planning and execution, messaging, asset development, sales enablement and post-launch measurement.
    • Develop clear frameworks, templates and ways of working that allow the product marketing function to scale effectively.
    • Raise the bar on quality, consistency and efficiency across product marketing outputs.
  • Adoption, Feedback & Continuous Improvement
    • Partner with Product and Lifecycle Marketing to ensure launches translate into meaningful seller and customer adoption.
    • Identify adoption gaps and work cross-functionally to address them.
    • Establish effective feedback loops with Sales, Support and customer-facing teams to inform future launches and messaging.
    • Use performance insights and feedback to continually refine and improve the go-to-market approach.
  • Sales Enablement & Internal Readiness
    • Ensure Sales and customer-facing teams have clear, actionable and commercially relevant materials for every launch.
    • Drive consistency in product positioning and messaging across internal teams.
    • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure priority product initiatives are effectively communicated, understood and adopted.
  • Measurement & Business Impact
    • Define and track meaningful success metrics for launches and go-to-market initiatives.
    • Own reporting on launch performance, adoption and commercial impact within business reviews.
    • Use data and insight to inform prioritisation, improve execution and drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensure product marketing activity is clearly connected to measurable business outcomes.

About You
