As a Maintenance Engineer, you\\\’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across high-volume production lines:

  • Perform both preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide range of modern machinery, including precision cutters, conveyor belts, vacuum sealers.
  • Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime and maintain production targets under pressure.
  • Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and suggest practical upgrades to equipment and processes.
  • Anticipate problems before they arise, helping to improve system reliability and prevent recurring issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety practices, contributing to a safe and productive workplace.
