We\βre looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual to take ownership of key financial processes, support strategic decision-making, and drive performance across the business β all from our clients on-site office.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts with accurate variance analysis.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Business partnering with operational teams to provide financial insight and cost analysis.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and financial reporting systems.
- Support with audits, compliance, and year-end processes.
- Identify and drive process improvements across the finance function.
About You
- Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years\β experience in a management accounting or financial analysis role.
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced on-site environment.
