I'm delighted to be exclusively partnering with Taff to recruit a Maintenance Manager to join their Property Services team in Cardiff. This is a key role within the Property Services Team, leading Taff's in-house repairs function and helping deliver high-quality, safe and efficient maintenance services across all their homes. The role Taff is committed to providing good quality, affordable and safe homes, and this role is key to achieving that. You'll lead and develop a high-performing, customer-focused responsive repairs and voids service, ensuring repairs are delivered safely, efficiently and compliantly, while meeting the needs of tenants and organisational priorities. You'll have overall responsibility for: Responsive repairs and voids Planned and cyclical maintenance programmes Fleet operations Supplier and contractor relationships Performance, productivity and service improvement Budgets, resources and value for money Health and safety, compliance and operational standardsYou'll use performance data and customer insight to drive improvement, maximise productivity and ensure resources are used effectively.
