They are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce CRM Administrator, who has experience upskilling more junior members of the team and working with clients to gather requirements for Salesforce customisations.
What the Senior Salesforce CRM Consultant will be doing:
- Providing second and third line technical support to the CRM users, while keeping up to date with Salesforce developments.
- Scoping projects and assisting with other pre-sales activities.
- Working with customers to gather requirements, analyse business processes and facilitate workshops and planning meetings.
- Providing technical support and assistance to users, ensuring that service agreement support targets are achieved.
- Supporting, developing and potentially line managing Consultants and Associates.
