The Role
You will manage your own caseload across a broad range of civil litigation matters, including:
- Contract and commercial disputes
- Property litigation matters
- Contentious probate disputes
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Boundary and neighbour disputes
- General civil litigation matters
This is an ideal opportunity for a solicitor, CILEX lawyer or experienced fee earner who enjoys a varied caseload and wants genuine autonomy, client contact and career progression.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, FCILEx or experienced Litigation Fee Earner
- Experience handling contract disputes, property litigation and contentious probate matters
- Able to manage files independently from instruction through to resolution
- Strong client care and communication skills
