A well-established professional services business is looking for an IT Support Engineer to support day-to-day technology operations across a multi-site environment. This is a hands-on role supporting users, hardware, software and infrastructure while helping drive the transition from on-premise to cloud-based systems.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing on-site and remote IT support
  • Supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint and user management
  • Hardware and software setup for new starters
  • Supporting cloud migration and infrastructure improvement projects
  • Working with external MSP providers
  • Maintaining IT security and GDPR compliance
  • Asset management and technical documentation

What we're looking for:

  • Strong IT troubleshooting background
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra and Intune
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and VOIP
