The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team are working closely with an incredibly worthwhile charity that supports some of the most in need people. They work closely with charities in the space to create a strong network of support for the vulnerable.
We are helping them recruit a software developer to join their Salesforce product team and write secure code following a test driven approach. You will need to have experience developing within the Salesforce Platform – taking user stories and translating them into deliverable software.
What the Salesforce Software Developer will be doing
You will be embedded with the product team developing and maintaining functionality for the salesforce managed package.
Translating user requirements into bespoke solutions that factor in Salesforce package limitations
Working to secure-by-design principles to ensure the bespoke systems pass Salesforce security reviews
Design and build bespoke software using a test driven approach
What the successful Salesforce Software Developer will bring to the team
You will have solid experience designing, coding and implementing software that works seamlessly with Salesforce and salesforce custom top layers
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, JavaScript Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), REST API, Git and packages.
Experience translating non-technical requirements to technical requirements and deliver them as functional code
Strong knowledge of secure by design principles with knowledge of secure regulatory principles
The ability to analyse and optimise the development process
The knowledge of systems design and integration to meet business needs
