The Role- Managing engineering spare parts and stock control
- Raising purchase orders and working closely with suppliers
- Maintaining the CMMS and supporting maintenance planning
- Scheduling preventative maintenance activities
- Producing engineering reports and KPI information
- Supporting the Engineering Manager with the day-to-day running of the department
- Ensuring engineering documentation remains accurate and audit ready
- Experience within an engineering, manufacturing, maintenance or industrial environment
- Administration, planning, stores or purchasing experience
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with CMMS software would be advantageous but isn't essential
