Financial Controller 📍 Location: Llantrisant (Hybrid Working) 💰 Salary: £60k-£65k Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner ready to take the next step in your career? This is an outstanding local opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to transition into a Financial Controller role. We're seeking a strong and confident communicator with excellent FP&A skills to work closely with the commercial team, supporting key business decisions through: ✅ Cost control – ensuring effective management of expenditure ✅ Budgeting & forecasting – driving financial planning and analysis ✅ Revenue control – monitoring and optimising financial performance ✅ Stakeholder management – building strong relationships across the business We are looking for those who are fully ACCA/ CIMA qualified, or very nearly there!
