They're growing their property litigation offering and are looking for a Property/Commercial Litigation Lawyer from NQ up to around 5 years' PQE to come in and build their experience within a supportive, well-structured team.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • You'll pick up a broad range of property-related disputes, including:
    • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
    • Residential landlord and tenant matters (including evolving legislation and challenges in the sector)
    • Boundary disputes, rights of way, covenants and adverse possession
    • Wider property-related contentious work
    • Some exposure to related commercial litigation (including insolvency/debt recovery)
