Are you an engineer with experience across building services, projects or contractor management looking for a rare opportunity to be involved in developing a brand-new production facility? This is a unique opportunity to join a globally recognised business as they expand their UK footprint through the acquisition and redevelopment of a new industrial site.
You will play a key role in taking the facility from initial redevelopment through to a fully operational production site, working closely with contractors, engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver the project and shape the future of the site. Backed by a multi-billion-pound global organisation, this is a secure, well-invested environment with long-term progression into a senior site services or facilities role once the project is complete.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the redevelopment of a newly acquired industrial site into a production facility
- Managing and coordinating external contractors across mechanical, electrical and civil works
- Reviewing RAMS, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and site safety standards
- Supporting planning, layout and integration of utilities including electrical, gas and HVAC systems
- Overseeing delivery of works to time, cost and quality expectations
