Yolk Recruitment are seeking passionate Customer Service Agents, your mission will be simple: deliver brilliant customer service every single day. We are working exclusively with a company in financial services near Pontypridd.

You will be at the heart of our customer interactions - offering guidance, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience at every touch point. You will be working within a supportive contact centre of around 20 team members, where collaboration is key. You will receive in-depth training to set you up for success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll help customers understand their finance agreements over telephone, email and via other platforms.
  • You will be working resolving queries quickly and confidently.
  • If you cannot support someone directly, you will liaise internally to ensure customer satisfaction.

What experience will you need:

  • Ideally, experience in customer service, ideally speaking to customers on the telephone.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • The ability to stay calm and solve problems efficiently.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the motor finance industry.
