Yolk Legal are working with a highly regarded South Wales law firm who are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join their established and growing property team in Newport. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level solicitor to develop their career within commercial property, managing a varied caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues in a supportive and well-structured team.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing a varied commercial property caseload in line with firm procedures and professional standards
  • Providing clear, timely and accurate updates to clients throughout transactions
  • Undertaking a range of property work including acquisitions, disposals, leases and general commercial property matters
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and third parties
  • Ensuring full confidentiality and regulatory compliance at all times
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
  • Contributing to the ongoing development and promotion of the firm's services
