Commercial Property Solicitor / Experienced Paralegal
Location: Flexible across office locations

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor (all levels considered) to join a well-established and growing Commercial Property team within a full-service law firm with a strong presence across South Wales.
We are also keen to hear from experienced Commercial Property Paralegals with strong technical ability and hands-on experience who are looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive firm.

The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters, working closely with colleagues across the wider firm and supporting a diverse client base.
Typical work will include:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property finance
- Development projects
- Ongoing asset management work
The role can be tailored depending on experience, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time.
What You\βll Be Doing
Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters, with appropriate support
- Delivering high-quality, pragmatic advice to clients

Qualified Solicitor (any level of PQE considered) or an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal
