As a representative, you will oversee appointed consultants and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with Cladding Safety Scheme funding requirements, and Hastoe’s internal governance standards.
The Role:
Working as the intelligent client, you will provide project oversight, governance and stakeholder management across two remediation schemes in Upper Norwood and Luton.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact between Hastoe, consultants and contractors.
- Overseeing project delivery, programmes, budgets and risk.
- Review and challenge technical proposals, procurement approaches, cost plans and programmes.
- Ensuring compliance with CSS requirements, Building Safety Act and Building Safety Regulator requirements.
- Reporting project progress to senior leadership, Homes England and other key stakeholders.
