The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a Tech company who require a long term Accounts Payable Administrator to be part of their team, this is a hybrid role where the need to drive is required due to the office location.
What the Accounts Payable Administrator will be doing:
- Daily processing and posting of purchase invoices.
- Periodic review of the creditors report and reconciliation of key supplier accounts.
- Assisting in preparation of information for auditors in a timely manner.
- Support process improvements across accounts payable activities.
- Carry out ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as requested by the Finance Manager or other senior members of the Finance team.
What the successful Accounts Payable Administrator will bring to the team:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using finance or ERP systems preferably Sage X3.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of invoice processing and supplier account reconciliation.
