You'll essentially take ownership of works on site - making sure contractors are working safely, projects are progressing as they should and any issues around programme, cost, quality or health & safety are picked up and dealt with appropriately. You'll also work closely with Project Managers, engineers, operational teams and contractors throughout delivery.

What you will be doing:

  • Taking ownership of works on the site
  • Ensure Contractors are working safely

  • Work closely with Project Managers, engineers and Operational teams

What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous site management experience
  • Experience of NEC Contracts
  • Knowledge of health and safety
  • A full, clean driving licence
  • An ability to plan own workload
  • Capable of working independently

What you will get in return:

  • Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends
