Responsibilities

• We own and champion a portfolio of customer contact products throughout their lifecycle, from discovery and delivery to continuous improvement and retirement.
• We define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned to organisational priorities.
• We prioritise product backlogs, balancing customer value, operational needs, technical debt, risk, and strategic objectives.
• We collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand needs, validate solutions, and ensure products deliver measurable outcomes.
• We work across multidisciplinary Agile teams to deliver high‑quality products and services.
• We oversee the operational performance of products, support incident management, and prioritise defects alongside planned enhancements.
• We ensure data governance, privacy, compliance, and information management requirements are embedded within product design and delivery.
• We drive a seamless end‑to‑end customer experience by working closely with service owners, designers, engineers, and operational teams.
• We communicate product vision, progress, and priorities effectively to stakeholders, building engagement and support.
• We promote product management best practice and contribute to the development of product capability across the organisation.

The role is based in Cardiff with hybrid working, requiring attendance on site twice per week.
