The Role

  • You'll advise a varied client base on a wide range of commercial property transactions while taking increasing responsibility as your experience grows.
  • Your work will include:
    • Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
    • Assisting with landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations.
    • Supporting development and regeneration projects.
    • Working on property finance transactions.
    • Managing due diligence and preparing transaction documents.
    • Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other professional advisers.
    • Supporting transactions from instruction through to completion.
    • Building strong client relationships and delivering practical, commercial advice.

About You

  • We're looking for a Solicitor who has:
    • Around 2+ years' PQE in Commercial Real Estate.
    • Experience gained within a commercial property team.
    • Strong drafting and communication skills.
    • A commercial mindset and excellent attention to detail.
    • The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy team.
    • A genuine desire to develop their career within a leading Real Estate practice.
