Are you a litigation solicitor looking to build your career within a highly regarded property disputes team? We're working with a leading South Wales law firm that is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution department. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious property matters while benefiting from genuine career development, flexible working and a supportive team environment.

What you will be doing
- You'll manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters, advising a varied client base including commercial organisations, housing providers and public sector clients.
- Work will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.
- Advising clients on landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, nuisance claims, boundary disputes and property-related litigation.
- Preparing court documents, witness statements and legal correspondence.
- Representing clients at hearings and negotiating settlements where appropriate.
- Working closely with clients to provide practical, commercially focused advice.
- Supporting junior team members where required and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
The experience you will have for this role
- We're keen to hear from qualified Solicitors with litigation experience who are looking to develop their expertise in property disputes.
- You'll ideally have:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Experience managing litigation matters, whether property, civil or housing related.
- Good knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
- Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
- Excellent client care and communication abilities.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
Previous experience in property litigation is advantageous but not essential if you have a strong litigation background and an interest in specialising.
