We're looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant who enjoys getting to the heart of business problems, challenging the status quo and turning ideas into impactful AI solutions. This is far more than a traditional BA role. You'll be the bridge between people and technology, leading conversations with stakeholders, uncovering opportunities for AI, and helping shape innovative products from concept through to launch. You'll spend less time buried in process documents and more time working with people, influencing decisions and driving meaningful change across an international consultancy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading discovery workshops to uncover business challenges and opportunities
  • Working with stakeholders to shape ideas into valuable AI products
  • Creating user stories, defining MVPs and prioritising business requirements
  • Partnering with Solution Architects and technical teams throughout delivery
  • Acting as the voice of the customer during design and development
  • Owning User Acceptance Testing (UAT), rollout and user adoption
  • Building trusted relationships across the business to identify future AI initiatives

What we're looking for:

We're interested in people who are naturally curious, commercially minded and enjoy solving problems. You'll ideally have experience in:

  • Business Analysis, Product Management or Digital Transformation
  • Running workshops and gathering complex business requirements
  • Writing user stories and defining product backlogs
  • Managing stakeholders at all levels
  • Delivering digital or technology projects
  • UAT and product implementation
  • Using AI tools or having a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence

Consultancy experience would be highly beneficial, but we're equally keen to hear from candidates who have driven transformation within large organisations.

Why join?

This is an opportunity to be part of a growing AI Transformation team where you'll influence how Artificial Intelligence is adopted across the business. You'll help shape products that genuinely improve how people work, while collaborating with colleagues across the UK and internationally. If you're looking for a Business Analyst role where you'll have real ownership, influence product direction and work at the forefront of AI innovation, we'd love to hear from you.
