Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to uncover business challenges and opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to shape ideas into valuable AI products
- Create user stories, define MVPs, and prioritise business requirements
- Partner with Solution Architects and technical teams throughout delivery
- Act as the voice of the customer during design and development
- Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT), rollout, and user adoption
- Build trusted relationships across the business to identify future AI initiatives
