Customer Repairs Agent- Cardiff - 6 Weeks -£16.72per hour IMMEDIATE START
We are working with a local housing association which requires a Customer Service Adviser who will communicate with tenants and schedule and prioritise repairs to their properties in line with regulations and procedures.
- Role until the end of the year

- Immediate start available
- Based in Cardiff
- 35 hours a week
Key responsibilities:
- Deal with enquiries through different formats
- Triage the repairs based on priority and seriousness
- Liaise with tenants and maintenance to ensure the work is scheduled and completed in line with legislation
This is a role where an understanding of social housing would be beneficial, this is a role where good communication and organisation is essential and an understanding of housing legislation would be advantageous. THIS IS AN ONSITE ROLE.
