A well-established and growing law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Manager to oversee its residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior conveyancer, team leader, or experienced manager seeking a role with genuine responsibility and long-term progression.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operation of the department, supporting fee earners, improving performance, and ensuring an excellent client experience from instruction through to completion.
The Role
- Managing and supervising a residential conveyancing team
- Monitoring workflows, caseloads, and departmental KPIs
- Providing technical support and guidance to fee earners
- Ensuring compliance with SRA, CQS, and lender requirements
- Handling escalated client matters and complex transactions
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
- Driving efficiencies and improving processes across the department
- Supporting the continued growth of the property team
About You
- Strong experience within residential conveyancing
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Excellent technical understanding of the conveyancing process
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A commercial and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and experienced non-qualified conveyancing managers are all encouraged to apply.
