- Lead and support PPAP activities for new product introductions
- Promote and embed a 'Right First Time, Every Time' quality culture across the organisation and supply chain
- Investigate internal and customer quality issues using structured methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and FMEA
- Identify root causes and implement robust corrective and preventative actions
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Maintain and manage quality documentation including process flows, control plans, and risk assessments
- Deliver training and support to production teams on quality tools and process controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements
