Yolk Recruitment are supporting a global manufacturing organisation with the recruitment of a Maintenance Engineer for their Crumlin site working a 3-shift Pattern. This is a rare opportunity which was previously recruited for 5 years ago, they are looking for an experienced multi-skilled engineer to join, playing a key role in maintaining plant reliability, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring safe and efficient operations across the site.
This is what you’ll be doing:
- Providing a full engineering service to production operations and site facilities, carrying out reactive, preventative and predictive maintenance activities across both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across manufacturing and site equipment.
- Responding to breakdowns and carrying out fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Diagnosing faults quickly and effectively to minimise downtime and maintain production performance.
- Supporting the installation of new equipment and modifications to existing machinery.
- Assisting with maintenance planning activities and updating maintenance schedules through SAP CMMS.
- Driving improvements in plant efficiency, reliability and productivity.
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
