An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor (all levels considered) to join a well-established and growing Commercial Property team within a full-service law firm with a strong presence across South Wales. We are also keen to hear from experienced Commercial Property Paralegals with strong technical ability and hands-on experience who are looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive firm.

The Role
- You will be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters, working closely with colleagues across the wider firm and supporting a diverse client base.
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property finance
- Development projects
- Ongoing asset management work
The role can be tailored depending on experience, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters, with appropriate support
