Valleys to Coast is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead the transition from outsourced to in-house procurement and to build a robust procurement function across the Group.
You will develop policies, governance, and a contracts register while driving value for money and social value.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will manage a Buyer and Lead end-to-end procurement, ensuring compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and Welsh Government requirements.
