You'll: Own recruitment and selection, making sure the business attracts the right people and continues to learn and improve from its hiring and retention decisions. Drive performance management, ensuring managers are equipped to have meaningful conversations, deliver effective appraisals and get the best from their teams. Take the lead on employee relations, confidently managing absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters while ensuring everything is handled fairly, consistently and compliantly. Shape HR policies and processes, keeping them legally compliant, practical and aligned with the needs of the business. Champion development and onboarding, identifying training needs and ensuring new starters receive a professional, engaging introduction to the organisation.
