You'll join an established UK practice advising a varied client base that includes investors, funders, developers, operators, private companies and public bodies. What you will be doing The role offers genuine variety across commercial real estate, including: Acquisitions and disposals Development transactions Real estate finance Commercial leasing Development agreements Investment work Due diligence Reports on title Certificates of title Property work supporting corporate transactionsYou'll be expected to take ownership of your matters while working closely with colleagues across the wider business. What makes you right for it? You'll ideally have 3-5 years' PQE in commercial real estate and be comfortable handling transactions with a reasonable level of autonomy.
