Yolk Legal are recruiting for a Birmingham opportunity with the backing of a Top 100 law firm, offering a 0-4 PQE Construction Solicitor the chance to develop across both advisory and disputes work. You'll work with employers, contractors, subcontractors, construction professionals, financial institutions and other stakeholders across a genuinely varied caseload. What you'll get involved in Your experience will span both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, including: Construction and engineering contracts Professional appointments Warranties Bonds and guarantees Contract negotiations Dispute avoidance Adjudications Court proceedings Arbitration Mediation and other ADR Construction-related advisory workYou'll also gain exposure to projects across sectors including: Commercial and industrial development | Infrastructure | Housebuilding | Healthcare | Education | Retail | Leisure | Public sector That variety is a major part of the attraction.
