The Commercial Property team advises a diverse range of clients including businesses, investors, developers, landlords and occupiers across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join the team.

The Role:

  • You'll be involved in a varied caseload covering all aspects of commercial property, including:
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial leases and lease renewals
  • Property development work
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Investment property transactions
  • Portfolio management
  • Supporting clients on strategic property matters

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters, build strong client relationships and work alongside experienced lawyers who are truly invested in your development.

  • 3+ years' PQE gained within a reputable commercial property team
  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters
