What you will be doing in this role:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Providing an excellent client experience throughout the transaction.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
- Maintaining high levels of compliance and client care.

Experience you will have:
- Has experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
- Is a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer.
