Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias)
Monday to Friday Days (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and the option of 8am-4pm)
Up to £46,000 + Enhanced Overtime + Quarterly Bonus

This is what you'll be doing
- Providing electrical and mechanical support to operators during setup and changeovers.
- Conducting preventative maintenance and responding to repairs to minimise downtime.
- Repairing electrical components such as motors, drives, and controllers.
- Maintaining gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and packaging machinery.
- Supporting health & safety practices and participating in continuous improvement initiatives, where employee ideas and suggestions are actively listened to and encouraged.
This is what you'll bring to the team
- Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and controllers.
- Troubleshooting skills for electrical/electronic issues on production machinery.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical or mechanical maintenance are advantageous.
- Safety-conscious attitude and team collaborative skills.
