Partner with senior leaders to influence strategic and commercial decision-making. Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the business. Deliver insightful analysis to improve profitability and business performance. Support pricing strategies, investment decisions and growth initiatives. Oversee management accounts, financial controls and statutory reporting. Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting. Act as a trusted adviser, helping leaders understand the story behind the numbers. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with post-qualified experience. Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, business-partnering mindset. Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel capability. Experience within a professional services environment, with exposure to WIP, billing and revenue recognition, would be advantageous.
